What is it?
- PDS v1.0 is a powerful and secure phone order system that enables taking orders for delivery or pickup without the need of an attendant.
How does it work?
- The store is provided with a local/Toll-Free phone number.
- This is a phone line that is capable of handling a multitude of clients/patients pairs simultaneously.
- The customer can access your menu at any time and any day of the week, and schedule a pickup or order. - The automated attendant prompts the customer with all the menu options and takes the order.
- The customer is then given a delivery schedule based on resources of the store, at which point the customer can choose to finalize delivery or change to pickup.
- The customer is then prompted to select a method of payment for secure processing.
- The order is sent to the choice of device (eg. Computer, Blackberry, PDA) where full detail of the order can be viewed and processed.
